Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Qore Chat and related sites, products, and services provided at clickqore.com (collectively, the “Service”). “Qore”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the provider of the Service.
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- Account – your registered profile used to access the Service.
- Credits – units that meter or unlock usage of certain features.
- Content – text, prompts, files, or other material you or we process through the Service, including AI Outputs returned to you.
- Outputs – responses generated by the Service based on your inputs.
- You – the individual user, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf the individual is using the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be capable of forming a binding contract and comply with applicable laws. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to that organization.
3. Account registration and security
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your Account, credentials, and any activity under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident.
4. Credits, subscriptions, and billing
- Purchases. You may purchase Credits (and, where available, subscriptions) to access or increase usage of the Service. Prices, features, and limits are described at purchase time.
- Taxes. Prices may exclude taxes, duties, or fees. You are responsible for applicable taxes, which may be charged at checkout.
- No expiry for paid credits. Purchased Credits do not expire unless expressly stated at the time of purchase. Promotional or trial Credits may have expiry dates or additional terms.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, all purchases are non‑refundable. If the Service is materially unavailable due to our fault, contact support@clickqore.com and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
- Chargebacks. Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension or termination of your Account.
- Price changes. We may change prices prospectively. Changes will not affect previously purchased paid Credits that do not expire.
- Auto‑renewal (if applicable). If you subscribe to a recurring plan, it will renew automatically at the then‑current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
5. License and access
Subject to these Terms, Qore grants you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide the Service to third parties or use it to build a competing product.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to allow others to:
- Violate any law or rights of others; submit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable Content.
- Attempt to reverse‑engineer, decompile, or derive source code from any part of the Service except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Scrape, harvest, or access the Service via automated means not approved by us, or overload, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
- Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or bypass security or rate limits.
- Use Outputs in ways requiring legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice without qualified human review.
- Use the Service for high‑risk activities where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental or property damage.
- Submit or generate Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, or that includes personal data of others without a lawful basis.
We may suspend or terminate Accounts for violations.
7. Inputs, outputs, and intellectual property
- Your inputs. As between you and Qore, you retain ownership of your inputs (prompts, files, instructions) that you submit to the Service.
- Outputs. To the extent permitted by law and by any third‑party model or data provider terms, Qore assigns to you all of our right, title, and interest in and to Outputs generated for you. If such assignment is not permitted, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from the Outputs.
- Service IP. The Service, including software, models, interfaces, and documentation, is owned by Qore and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights.
- License to Qore. You grant Qore a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to use your inputs and Outputs only to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service; to comply with law; and to enforce these Terms. We do not use your prompts to train advertising models and we do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Attribution and restrictions. Do not misrepresent that Outputs were created by a human. Where required by law or a platform policy, disclose AI assistance and comply with applicable attribution or labeling rules.
8. Third‑party services
The Service may integrate or link to third‑party services (e.g., payment processors, hosting, analytics, model providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. Qore is not responsible for third‑party services and does not control their content or policies.
9. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or comments (Feedback), you grant Qore a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use the Feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.
10. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non‑public information from the other. The receiving party will use the disclosing party’s confidential information only to perform under these Terms, protect it with reasonable care, and not disclose it except to personnel and providers who need to know it and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
11. Data protection and privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
12. Beta and preview features
We may offer features identified as alpha, beta, preview, or similar (Beta Features). Beta Features may be experimental, may change, and may be discontinued at any time. They are provided “as is” without any commitments, and usage may be limited.
13. Availability, support, and changes
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but interruptions may occur. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, change limits, or introduce new features at any time. If a change materially diminishes core functionality for paid users, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
14. Disclaimers
The Service and all Outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qore and its licensors disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, and that the Service or Outputs are accurate, reliable, or error‑free. You are responsible for evaluating Outputs and for your reliance on them.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qore and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The exclusions and limitations in this Section apply regardless of the form of action and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
16. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Qore and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your Content or Outputs; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of law or third‑party rights.
17. High‑risk use
The Service is not designed for use in hazardous or high‑risk environments requiring fail‑safe performance, such as medical life‑support systems, air traffic control, or nuclear facilities. You may not use the Service where failure could reasonably be expected to result in death, serious injury, or severe environmental damage.
18. Term, suspension, and termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
19. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, excluding conflict‑of‑law rules. The courts of Riga, Latvia will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there. If you are a consumer and mandatory local consumer protection law requires otherwise, that law will apply.
20. Notices
We may provide notices to you by email to the address associated with your Account or by posting within the Service. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal communication requirements.
21. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law.
22. Force majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, power or internet failures, supply shortages, or government actions.
23. Entire agreement; severability; waiver
These Terms, together with any purchase terms and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Qore regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements on the subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable, and the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice by email or within the Service. Your continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.
