Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds, credits, or other remedies may be issued for purchases made on clickqore.com (the Service). This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given there.
1. Digital nature of the Service
Qore Chat provides immediate access to digital functionality and AI processing. When credits are used or access is granted, value is delivered instantly. Accordingly, all purchases are final and non‑refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly provided below.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds for unused credits. Paid credits do not expire (unless stated at purchase) but are not refundable once purchased.
- Consumption is final. When a prompt/job is processed, the associated credits are consumed and cannot be reversed.
- Model variability. AI results can vary. Dissatisfaction with Outputs is not a basis for a refund. Please evaluate the Service using a small credit package first.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal (EEA/UK consumers)
For digital content supplied on a non‑tangible medium, EEA/UK consumer law may grant a right to withdraw within 14 days. By purchasing on Qore Chat you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once performance begins (i.e., when access is granted or credits are used). This does not affect non‑waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
3. Our discretionary remedies
While cash refunds are generally not available, we may, at our sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies after verifying the facts:
- Account re‑crediting of the affected usage.
- Replacement processing of a failed job.
- Fee reversal for a clearly duplicate charge.
- Adjustment for a proven billing system error.
We typically do not provide remedies for:
- Usage that complied with rate limits and returned an Output.
- Prompts that violate our Terms.
- Results affected by third‑party outages beyond our control.
4. Service interruptions
We strive for high availability. If a widespread outage prevents paid users from accessing core functionality for a continuous period exceeding 24 hours, we may issue pro‑rata service credits to affected customers. Service credits are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to expiry.
5. Billing disputes and chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first so we can investigate and resolve quickly.
Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of the Account. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with supporting logs and records.
6. How to request help
Email support@clickqore.com with the subject “Billing request” and include:
- Your account email and full name.
- Transaction ID, date/time, amount, and currency.
- A description of the issue and the affected request IDs / timestamps (if available).
- Screenshots or error messages that illustrate the problem.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 7 business days. Complex investigations may take up to 14 days.
7. Currency, taxes, and exchange rates
Charges are typically in EUR unless stated otherwise. Taxes (e.g., VAT) may be added as required by law. If you pay in another currency, the final amount depends on your bank or payment provider’s exchange rate and fees, which we do not control.
8. Fraud and unauthorized use
If you suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorized charges, notify your payment provider immediately and contact us at support@clickqore.com. We may request additional information to verify and investigate. Providing false or misleading information may result in account action.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective date above and, where required, provide notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
